Each August, The Crestone participates in the Great Place to Work Survey. This is a time where staff can be open and honest about their feedback. A third party collects the data, ensuring it remains truly anonymous. It is so important for us to hear the good, the bad, and the ugly to know what we can work on to truly make our community a great place to work.
As the Business Office Director, I’m dedicated to promoting employee appreciation by consistently recognizing our hard-working team members. We celebrate birthdays, special achievements, and, of course, indulge in special food treats to ensure our staff feels valued for all the amazing work they do.
We believe that when work is made fun, it creates a workplace culture where people thrive. This culture promotes retention, making us a great place to work. In turn, this also makes us a great place to live.
